  2. 2. Pull cell-level data. SOC 12%. Cell group voltage spread: 14 groups at 3.62-3.64V, but groups 5, 11, and 17 at 3.28-3.35V — three groups significantly lower after deep discharge self-discharge differential.
  3. 3. Critical check: are the lower groups still accepting charge? Begin slow Level 2 charge while monitoring. All groups rise proportionally — no group is stuck or plateaued. This rules out cell failure.
  4. 4. Charge to 95% SOC. At 95%: all groups within 42mV — approaching convergence. Not yet within Tesla's 20mV spec, but trending correctly.
