HVDesk provides technical advice only. The licensed repair shop is solely responsible for all physical repair work, safety procedures, and compliance with local regulations. Nothing in our diagnostic output constitutes a guarantee of outcome.
The Service is intended for professional automotive repair shops and qualified technicians. By registering, you confirm that you are a business entity or professional, not a private consumer.
Diagnostic responses provided by HVDesk are for your shop's internal use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute our diagnostic content without written permission.
Case data and vehicle information you submit remains your property.

Electric vehicle diagnostics involve high-voltage systems that are potentially lethal. HVDesk's diagnostic output is intended for use by qualified technicians only. Always follow manufacturer HV safety procedures. HVDesk accepts no liability for injuries arising from HV work.
You agree not to:
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing support@hvdesk.com. Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email for material changes.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vienna, Austria. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
